Annabelle worked as a professional dancer for over 10 years, performing with Matthew Bourne’s 'New Adventures’ and in West End Musicals.  Once her danicing career came to an end, having experienced some very effective physiotherapy treatment over the years, she decided to retrain.

She has since had 8 years experience working in a wide variety of specialisms at St George’s Hospital, and a further 4 years working in her special area of interest in Women’s Health at Vita Health in Crystal Palace. She treats a range of conditions, from pelvic girdle pain, carpel tunnel syndrome, through to pelvic floor disfunction and has had further training in Pilates (The Pilates Foundation) and Acupuncture (APPI).
