Kate is passionate about healthy, seasonal and sustainable eating and designs menus to both inspire and provide nutritious solutions to suit any lifestyle.


After graduating with a degree in food science and food nutrition Kate worked at Le Manoir aux Quatre Saisons.  Since then and for nearly 20 years she has worked as a private chef.  


Her love of cooking, all things food and her appetite for adventure, has taken her to the highlands of Scotland, the arid hills of Southern Spain, chalets and chateaux in the Alps, a remote island off the coast of Maine (with only an inflatable boat to get her to the shops), the galley of The Royal Yacht Brittania and the kitchens of Kofi Annan, Hugh Grant and HRH The Prince of Wales.  As personal chef to HRH The Prince of Wales she catered a full schedule of engagements. She is now based in the Cotswolds with her gorgeous children.
